1. Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons, such as:

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
3. Return Process

Our team will review your request and guide you through the pickup or drop-off process depending on your location (UAE or KSA).
4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please inform our team when submitting your return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
